  • The name Eikun is inspired by Tokugawa Yoshinobu, a Shogun from the Edo era who lived in Sunpu Castle. Made with Shizuoka Kobo (yeast), top quality Yamada Nishiki rice polished down to 40%, and a slow fermentation process that makes this Junmai Ginjo fragrant and full of flavour that is distinctly from Shizuoka.
