    This Junmai Ginjo is truly the local drop from Fujieda, using locally grown Homarefuji rice and fresh springwater from the Seto river where Shidaizumi Shuzo is located. Shizuoka Kobo (yeast) carries a subtle fresh nose with gentle clean taste. Highly recommended for first time sake drinker.
